Oulu Interact

About Us

We are a group of teenagers from the ages 14-16 from area of Oulu. We are a branch of the Rotary family and the only Interact club in Finland. Interact is a community aimed for 12-18 year-olds, who want to make a difference in their community or worldwide. Our club is sponsored by the Oulu City Rotary club, but we aim to be self-sufficient and manage independently.  We are always looking for new members or fellow rotary clubs interested in co-operating and joining forces, so if you are interested in joining us or learning more about our activities and projects, don't hesitate to contact us.

Olemme ryhmä 14-16 vuotiata Oululaisia nuoria. Olemme osa Rotary-perhettä ja ainoa Interact-klubi koko Suomessa. Interact on nuorille suunnattu yhteisö (12-18 vuotiaille) jotka haluavat vaikuttaa asioihin heidän yhteisössään, sekä maailmanlaajuisesti. Klubiamme sponsoroi Oulu City Rotary klubi, mutta johdamme sitä itsenäisesti. Etsimme jatkuvasti uusia jäseniä sekä uusia yhteistyökummpaneita ympärin maailmaa eli jos olet kiinnostunut toiminnastamme tai haluatte tietää siitä lisää klubistamme, ottakaa meihin yhteyttä.

Our Work

Our club works together and organizes at least two annual projects; one that tackle's an issue in our community and one that promotes international understanding. Besides these two projects we organize a variety of events and co-operate in smaller projects with other clubs.

Klubimme järjestää ainakin kaksi projektia joka vuosi; yksi projekti joka auttaa tai kehittää yhteisöämme ja toinen projekti joka tukee kansainvälistä yhteistyötä. Niiden lisäksi järjestämme erillaisia tapahtumia ja osallistumme mielellämme pienempiin yhteistyö projekteihin muiden klubien kanssa.
